I began my career with Legal Aid of Western Missouri as a defense attorney in the Municipal Unit, representing indigent clients in Kansas City Municipal Court. I have worked in private practice since 2000 as an attorney in a law firm and now my own business: The Law Office of Traci Fann.
The courts I practice in are Bates, Cass, Clay, Jackson and Platte Counties. I have argued two cases at the Missouri Court of Appeals Western District. One case was a Missouri Merchandising Practices Act Case and the other was a Criminal Asset Forfeiture Case. I represent clients in driver's license cases after suspensions and revocations including five and ten year denial cases. I also assist clients with criminal expungements.
I am board member on two boards both which serve the legal community. Since 2018 I have served as a lawyer member of the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel Region IV Committee. I am a licensed to practice law in Missouri and Kansas, but practice only in Missouri.
I attended the University of Missouri Kansas City where I received two bachelor degrees one in Psychology and the other in Administration of Justice. I attended the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Law obtaining a Juris Doctorate in 1990.
In my free time I enjoy golf, pilates, travel and spending time with friends and family.
